This is my 3rd instalment of "10 things that made me happy" this month, and honestly it is the post I look forward to writing the most every single month! In-fact is it possible to include this post in the 10 things that have made me happy? I love looking forward to writing something, and this post allows me to look back over the month and remind myself of happy memories and things I have enjoyed, sometimes little things, sometimes big! Come and see my list of things for April!

I guess you could say "It's a girl thing" but there are just some things that boys do, things that I simply cannot get my head around. Sometimes leaving me questioning whether we are actually from the same planet? Are we a complete different species? Here are 12 things men do, that us gals HATE. Let me know how many you can relate to, yano, so I know that it's not just me living with some kind of alien.
Okay so I'm only 22 (and a half! - every little helps) so technically I have 2.5 years to complete my To Do's, which may seem like a long time to you, but 25 things is a bloody lot to handle, yano? And some require a fair bit of ££££'s and my bank account/boyfriend wouldn't be too pleased if I gave any less time. Not to mention the years are flying by aren't they, I've only just gotten' over it being 2016 and now it's almost Christmas! So yeah, anyway here are my 25 things I'd LOVE to do before turning 25.
It is very easy to make an assumption about someone you follow online, it’s very easy to assume that their life is "perfect" and that they don’t have a care in the world. This is a general assumption I think we all pretty guilty of (hands up, me to).
It’s easy to watch the life of the blogger, celebrity or whoever you are following unfold in perfect form every single day without fail and assume wrongly. Whether it be a bloggers perfectly laid out Instagram Flat-lay of their outfit and accessories for the day, or a celebrity’s snapchat, following them on their travels around the globe. We sit and imagine having the “amazing” lifestyle they seem to lead, how wonderful our lives would be if they were the same as theirs or if we were given the same opportunities as them.
As we speak I am sat writing this post on a beautiful beach in Marbella (under the umbrella ofcourse because I'm the whitest white gal evvvvvva and my skin only has two tones: milk bottle -> LOBSTER) I'm about 3 strawberry mojitos deep and wondering if it's a good idea for me to even be writting at all. *Reminder to PROOF READ HERE* Blah blah blah.
Whilst flicking through my 19 pictures of my overpriced coffee, deciding which had the better lighting, I found myself thinking, when did I succumb to this bollocks? Excuse my french, it's a touchy subject. I decided to ponder why, why do we bother?
I hope this post comes across to you, how I read it in my head, light hearted and certainly over exaggerated (there were really only 15 coffee pictures to choose from). Please don't take it too seriously. |
