October is on the cards, and I'm READY for it. Cosy nights in, hot chocolates (more like mulled wine) and LAYERS - I bloody love a layer (layers on cakes & clothes, of course). Anyway my wish list this month has a lot of Hubba Hubba good stuff inside & if you head straight to the lounge-wear section you will feel all warm/cosy inside as though you've just finished off your pumpkin spiced latte' just by looking at it. Get your mittens' ready - we're well on our way to winter! What's on your wish list this month?

After looking back through my monthly favorites post - I realised how many TIDAN (things I don't actually need - did I just create a new phrase? Probably not) I buy every month - I'm so sorry bank balance. This month I have stripped it down to the bare necessity's (that including a new Jo Malone scent I deffo didn't need, but hey I smell fab & also some biscuits, because well biscuits!) But anyway, this month I am just introducing you to 6 new things I  have been loving - compared to my usual 7472, so I hope its a little easier for you to take in - ooh look at me being all thifty. However of course there is obviously my little ASOS haul at the bottom to, but that doesn't count, ok?

If you don't already know about my pure LOVE for the My Little Box Subscription service, you've probably been living under a rock. (or are simply a newbie to my blog, if so, HEY!) My Little Box is lifestyle/beauty box but the thing that makes it extra special is that each month they have a theme - this months being MADEMOISELLE. Come & have a ganders, won't ya?

​It is very easy to make an assumption about someone you follow online, it’s very easy to assume that their life is  "perfect" and that they don’t have a care in the world. This is a general assumption I think we all pretty guilty of (hands up, me to).
​ It’s easy to watch the life of the blogger, celebrity or whoever you are following unfold in perfect form every single day without fail and assume wrongly. Whether it be a bloggers perfectly laid out Instagram Flat-lay of their outfit and accessories for the day, or a celebrity’s snapchat, following them on their travels around the globe. 
​We sit and imagine having the “amazing” lifestyle they seem to lead, how wonderful our lives would be if they were the same as theirs or if we were given the same opportunities as them.

As soon as I laid eyes on this pastel coloured box of goodness I knew it was love - that was before I had even seen the goodies that were inside - eep! Brands such as LAURA MERCIA and NUXE are involved, and with that line up you can't complain! Come & see! 

I am in no way suggesting that my blog photography is the best in the bloggersphere, in fact it's nowhere near, BUT, what I would say I'm pretty damn good at *pats self on the back* is being a major blog prop hoarder- like seriously. I just can't help it, my mind says no but my flatlay says yes, yano? Whack any Marble/Rose Gold/Copper or ooh pretty fairy lights in front of me and I'm YOURS!
​The likes of IKEA, Paperchase and TKMAX have made a little fortune outta' me and I thought it was only fair for me to share my fave picks with you guys so you might pick some up yourself, to at least make myself feel a lil' bit better about the amount I have, so thanks!

So, summer is technically over, but to be honest I'm not to sure if we actually had one, time goes so fast, yano? But after a few months of holidays, travelling, a bit of  alcohol (alright, a lot of Alcohol, but do pretty cocktails really count?), long flights and some sunshine if you were lucky, your skin deserves a little TLC.
Summer takes a toll on my skin, the sun dries it out, long flights break me out and late nights leave me looking a little worse for wear. REN have found me the perfect products to revamp my skin, and let it have a little spa time to ensure its back in tip top condition before the cold winter commences. Lets see what REN can do!

Long gone are the days when things that were "pretty" weren't "practical" and things that were practical weren't pretty.
