I'm not sure whether it was the festive spirit in the air or just the fact I was hungry, but something gave me a sudden urge to BAKE the other weekend, and after trowling the interenet looking for something fairly simple, yet super satisfying I stumbled across this Lemon Butter Biscuits on Jamie Oliver's Website and I made them straight away.
