Okay so I'm only 22 (and a half! - every little helps) so technically I have 2.5 years to complete my To Do's, which may seem like a long time to you, but 25 things is a bloody lot to handle, yano? And some require a fair bit of ££££'s and my bank account/boyfriend wouldn't be too pleased if I gave any less time. Not to mention the years are flying by aren't they, I've only just gotten' over it being 2016 and now it's almost Christmas! So yeah, anyway here are my 25 things I'd LOVE to do before turning 25.
1: VISIT ITALY
Admittedly that is quite a BROAD statement, I know, but bare with me. Believe it or not I have never visited a single place in Italy! Not one?! I've not been hiding under a rock, don't worry, but I think it's because I have never really known where to start - there is just SO much I want to see. I would love to either hit-up a few city breaks there or do one MASSIVE "F-it" I'm going traveling round Italy for the next few weeks kinda thing. Have you been to Italy? - I would love for you to recommend some places/ideas to me!
2: FIND A FORM OF EXCERSICE I ACTUALLY ENJOY
This one might be tricky?
Any pointers? Does shopping count? 3: MOVE OUT
Another pretty big pointer, but yano, I'm going with it. As much as I love living at home (most of the time) - I can't WAIT to have my own space. Mainly because I can't wait to try and turn my house into all of my boards on Pinterest -like this.
4: GET GOOD AT BAKING
Whether its Mary Berry who has spurred this point on or not, the fact is I want to be a good baker, I want to master the "layers" (only GBBO fans will get that one). I'm pretty lucky in that my boyfriend's mum just happens to be FABULOUS at it - so I'm hoping to pull her in to give me some pointers (or basically teach me from scratch).
5: TAKE MORE PICTURES
This one might seem odd, because I'm a blogger and we PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING - but sometimes after spend hours upon end photographing the newest foundation I'm trying - I will then slack at taking photos of my weekend away with the BF or just at a girls night in... I like to have the memories, yano.
6: LIKE MY HAIR
After spending many of my younger years using the DREADED BLEACH - its safe to say my hair has been through some TUFF times (ha ha ha). I am finally getting it back to where I want it to be (my pinterest board will give you some idea here) by using a good hairdresser and spending some £. I hope to be SUPER happy with it by 25.
7: BOOK SOME FLIGHTS AND GO
Arrange a last minute weekend away and just book flights to somewhere/anywhere available. (Just the idea of this makes the organisation FREAK inside me PANIC)
8: VISIT 10 RESTAURANTS/BARS I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY
I'd probably better start this one by actually making a list - possibly in an up coming blog post *makes mental note* and then tick them off one by one.
9: NO SOCIAL MEDIA DAYS
Schedule days with out my phone - It's like its attached to my body at the moment, another limb you could say.
10: WATCH MORE MOVIES
Particularity some of the "greats" that I haven't seen yet - such as Dirty Dancing and the God Father (don't kill me- I just haven't got round to them!)
11: BUY A CHANEL BAG
Every girl needs one don't they? It's part of growing up, basically.
12: INVEST MORE TIME/MONEY IN PHOTOGRAPHY
Since starting my lil' blog, photography has become a BIG part of my life (I love you Olympus PEN) and I would love to invest more time/money into getting better at it, learning new skills and trying out different cameras/set ups/lenses.
13: UNDERSTAND I CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE
Easier said than done... But I will give it a go.
14: INVEST IN SOME STAPLES
I don't mean the little metal things that hold paper together, but some WARDROBE staples. Invest a bit more in a pair of really good fitting jeans and a tailored blazer. Items that will never go out of style and fit my like a glove.
15: DO A ROAD TRIP IN THE STATES
This is something I have ALWAYS wanted to do, for as long as I can remember! It's something I am so desperate to tick off. If you have any tips, please do share!.
16: GET BRACES
For some reason or another when I was at school the word BRACE sent shivers through my spine, and when the evil dentist (he wasn't evil, I was just a brat) told me I needed them I was having NONE of it - why would I want to be a brace face, HEY? Now I realise I probably should have listened to Mr Evil and that the few years as a brace face would have been totally worth it. I keep meaning to book a consultation, maybe this post can spur me on. Being able to smile showing my teeth, would be a dream come true!
17: GO TO A WEEKEND FESTIVAL
Mud, Wellies & Port-a-loo's GALORE - you've got to do it at some point, right? It's basically law.
17: VISIT MY NANA & GRANDAD IN CORNWALL
My Nana & Grandad moved down to Cornwall when I was much younger - we always used to go down to see them for the school holidays when I was little, but as I've gotten older I have been going less and less. I want to make the effort to go down and see them more often, and also have an ice-cream and a Cornish pasty or 6 whilst I'm there - yum.
18: GO BACK TO DISNEY LAND
The Florida one, of course. Could I do this alongside my US road trip? I'm not sure If I'm asking to much here but I am DESPERATE to go back to Disney. It was so magical when I was little and I want to go back and see it with open "adult" eyes and be able to experience it all over again.
19: BE MORE SPONTANEOUS
There isn't much more I can say, but basically do more of the above.
20: LEARN TO SAY NO
As hard as it can be saying NO, especially to things you don't really want to do, can be life changing.
21. GO SKIING
My boyfriend LOVES to go skiing, I would love the chance to go with him and experience it together, one fall at a time. I went when I was much younger, but didn't really fall for it to be honest - I couldn't understand the want to go somewhere colder than the UK?
22. LEARN A LANGUAGE
Or at least be able to say "Where's the loo?" and "Can I have a LARGE glass of wine, please?" Preferably in Spanish.
23. MEET UP WITH OLD FRIENDS
For example, in 2015 Richard & I went on our dream trip to Mexico, we ended up spending our whole trip with another couple Rosie & Dave who we clicked with straight away. We had the best time, but sadly they live righhhhhhht down south and as much as we keep saying we are going to meet up, we havn't. Well I want to make that happen!
24. GO ON A BIG PICNIC
I'm not talking about any old Picnic here - I'm talking about an event so fabulous my friends will be asking for an annual "Georgie's Picnic". I'm thinking Pinterest can help me out with some fancy looking food spreads & cocktails for days, what dya' think?
25: DO THIS LIST
Writing this list was pretty easy to write - in fact I could have gone on for much longer - However actually doing it is another story. Best get to it!
So - there we have it, the 25 things I would LOVE to do before I hit the big 25! What are your thoughts? Is there anything you think I've missed? What are some of your current wishes/goals - I'd love to hear?
To be honest I could have done a whole 25 list on places I want to visit, but maybe I'll save that for another post. Here's to hoping I do them all, and I can write a post in 2.5 years time letting you know how I got on! xo - Other Posts You Might Enjoy -

I loved reading this post - oh to be 25 again!! I wrote a list similar to this of things I wanted to do before I was 30. There were about 12 or so things on it and I still haven't done 3 or 4 of them. One of them was get married which isn't that much in my power!! haha But I enjoyed ticking off the things that I did, so I think its a great idea. xx

I agree with pretty much everything you have said! 1. You absolutely must visit Italy, it's stunning and one of my favourite places ever. Lucca is lovely, and also Milan and Rome (obv) 2. I love playing netball, it's such a good form of exercise cise and it's so nice to hang out with a big group of girls that all are there to train and have a laugh! Xxxx

Do you like dancing? I lost half a stone in 2 weeks before my holiday just by eating better, sticking an awesome playlist on and dancing for 30 minutes a day when I could. Great post BTW I love your photos! X

Can I join you in doing all of these please? I am over 25, granted, but I still feel like I'm 18 most of the time. Probs should grow up a bit but whatever. My Dad is actually Italian, he was born in Turin and a lot of my family live over in the Liguria region which is seriously, seriously pretty. I don't visit them as much as I should, and I really need to learn more of the language. Other than Liguria, Milan (obvs) and Lake Como are absolutely stunning xx

Pole Dancing! I hate exercising but I started going to a pole fitness class this year and it is so good. I'd recommend you try it if you're struggling to find something you enjoy.

Good luck on your achieving this list! I'm thinking of making one even though I have about 5 years until I'm 25. Thanks for the inspiration!
