Village Hotel Club - London, Watford.

Me, my Boyfriend and another couple ventured down to London for the Bank Holiday weekend. For a change we decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of the city and check in at the Village Hotel Club Watford, with easy links straight into Central London it meant we had the best of both worlds for our weekend away. We stayed in the Upper Deck rooms at the Village Hotel Club, and I would highly recommended them. To sum it up - The rooms are spacious, well equipped and super stylish. 
Some of the main advantages for me were that there is a huge TV in the rooms, which ar fitted with Sky TV which is always a bonus, A coffee Machine, always a pleasure! USB Sockets next to the bed, again this is always a big plus for me - there is nothing worse than having to leave your phone on the other side of the room because there are NO SOCKETS!! There are amble drawer/hanging space meaning you are able to unpack with ease. The bathrooms are great in size and the cute toiletries always make me feel at home and are super handy if you have forgotten anything! 
The beds oooooze comfort, so much so I struggled to get up every morning which is unlike me. The rooms were spotless throughout our stay as the maid service was wonderful, allowing me to return to a perfectly made bed every evening.

Food & Drink.

One thing Village Hotels are never short of are places to get some good food/drink. There is always something for everyone and the Watford branch didn't disappoint. All of the 3 branches are connected straight from the hotel reception meaning that you have no excuse not to try the different places! The Starbucks allowed me to grab my favorite drink & salmon/creme cheese bagel for breakfast. Whilst the Public House gave us a great space to chill out in the evenings where the boys could catch the football and the girls can have a girly catch up & bar snacks. Whilst there is also Buca Di Beppo if you fancy some Italian Dining! Why would you even need to leave the hotel!

Fitness/Spa.

After seeing what the hotel already holds you are probably thinking, how big is this place! It is pretty big, and that is one of the benefits of staying just outside of the main London bustle, because it means all these wonderful facilities. 
The velocity Fitness center has so many things for you to do, it is equiped with a 25m Heated swimming pool, Whirlpool Spa (this is AMAZING), Steamroom, Sauna, Fitness Studio, Spinning Studio, and much more. The facilities are all modern and stylish and the center is again accessible straight from the hotel reception meaning you have no reason not to try it! 

Location.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Watford, in Elstree. There are two near by tube stations which you can either drive to in 10 minutes & park at. Or hop in a taxi to them. This means you can get straight into Central London on the tube in about 30 minutes. 
If you happen to be visiting the Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour - this hotel would also be a great option, as it is close by! 

Overall I have to say I can't recommend this hotel enough, it simply doesn't get much better! You have everything you could even need right in front of you, whilst still having great accessibility to Central London. 
The Value for money is fantastic and I really can't fault it!
