Edible Edition: SAY WHAT? I can shamefully admit I was slightly disappointed when I realised the items aren't actually edible they just indeed have names relating to food. After giving myself a slap and reminding myself I'm a beauty blogger and not a food blogger, I calmed down and delved right into the goodies and finding out whats hot and nagghhhtt! Let's see shall we.
Nip & Fab - Kale Moisturiser
After using the Kale Fix mask before I was excited to try the moisturiser. This daily use product isn't too thick or too thin and for me, it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's hydrating and leaves your skin feeling soft and nourished with-out feeling heavy on the skin.
Unani - Milk Cleanser
I love trying out new cleansers and this one is a product my skin really seemed to enjoy. It removed any excess makeup and really left my skin "bare" but with-out feeling as though it had stripped it of any moisture which is something I usually worry about. I wouldn't say it's really anything to shout home about however, and I probably wouldn't repurchase.
The Balm - Eyeshadow Shade Trimony
This shade really speaks to me, the deep burgundy tones are shades I always look for when buying palettes, I think they suit every skin tone/eye colour and really compliment any look. The balm shadows are some of my favourite formulas as they are super pigmented yet blendable, and these single shadows are really good for travelling light. (not something I'm very good at!)
True Organics of Sweden - All You Need Is Me
I was instantly drawn to the packaging on this product, the monochrome look really stands out to me and I LOVE it! The multi-purpose cream is similar to that infamous Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream and can be used in similar ways. I have been loving using it on my lips, hands, cuticles and any smaller patches of dry skin I have noticed, It's super handy to throw in your handbag, and you know that it has your back in more ways than one!
Vitamasques - Manuka Honey Sheet Mask
Sheet masks are my GO TO, I don't really know if they work better/worse than hand applied cream/clay masks but what I do know is that they're bloody easier. I love how you can whack it on and off with-out having to spend 5 hours picking bits of clay out your hair and you simply pop it in the bin after use. This one was great, It didn't do anything ground-breaking to my skin but it certainly left it feeling SO hydrated and it was almost as though I could feel my skin sucking in the moisture, It was either super dry before, or maybe it was just hungry and liked honey?
