Following on from my first Mother's Day Post - Why Send Flowers, when you can send Biscuiteers (trust me it's a yummy one), I thought I'd share my second lot of Mother's Day Gift Inspo goodness in the form of some fabulous looking bath treats from Lush. Their Mother's Day Collection launched a few weeks ago, and I simply couldn't resist picking some up, and trialling them (for gift guide purposes obviously). I just wanted to make sure they were up to scratch for all the mumma's out there ok, so I was your guinea pig. Your welcome! Come and see what they've got to offer!
The 4 I picked up:
I like a good ration of Bath Bombs to Bubbles so I picked up two of each! Here is what I got.
You're Mother Should Know- Bubble Bar
My first impression of this bubble was bloody hell it's huge! Which was a pleasant surprise actually after seeing the £5.95 price tag, it makes it a little more bearable. The 3 tiered bubble bar has a bright yellow, pink and blue which is certainly eye catching. I have used this in two baths and I still have a decent amount left. The scent is uplifting yet comforting at the same time and I haven't really got a bad word to say about it.
Available here for £5.95 Baa Bar Bubble Bar
This has to be my favourite of the lot because ITS SO FREAKIN CUTE! Then we move onto the dreamy, comforting scent it provides, including Lavender, Rose and Ylang ylang. It left me feeling relaxed and to be quite frank, ready for bed! I think this would be a top choice to pamper your mum with!
Available here for £3.95 Mum Bath Bomb
Probably the most obvious Mothers Day choice the Mum bath bomb simply had to be included in this post. I wasn't over excited to try it out, however I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh, light, floral scent it provided. However the best thing about it for me, was that after the bath bomb has gently fizzled away there was a little note left floating in the bath saying "thanks mum". It's such a cute idea and it really made it that bit more special.
Available here for £2.95 Ups-A-Daisy Bath Bomb
This light, fresh, fun bath-bomb not only looks pretty lovely in the bath with the gorgeous bright colours but it also smells divine. I would describe the fragrance as uplifting and fresh. Lush website tells me that it includes bright orange oil which maybe where the uplifting scent comes from. This flower shaped bath bomb also is a great replacement to mother's day flowers, Also I wanted to add that for the price this is a good sized bath bomb!
Available here for £3.50
Will you be picking up any of the Lush Mother's Day Collection for the special lady in your life? Or maybe you could just treat yourself! Stay tuned for more Mother's Day Gift guides coming soon.
