One thing I can confidently say I am - is an organisation FREAK. In life this has its advantages & disadvantages as I need to learn to chill out a little bit. But in regards blogging, it's mainly an advantage for me.
Here are my top tips for how to be an organised blogger!
1 STRUCTURE
Do you have set post days for your blog? If not firstly figure out how many posts you would like do a week (I aim for 3) and try and spread them out over the week. E.G I post 3 times a week on a Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday. This means you are able to leave time inbetween posts & aren't throwing to much at your readers at once. 2. PLAN This is an obvious one, of course but it's SO important. Get a diary or a weekly planner for yourself and PLAN PLAN PLAN. Start off by writing down post ideas that you have planned or that you would like to do. Then begin to fill in your diary on your squeduled post days with the content you would like to feature there. Of course leaving a few gaps for those random brain farts you have of fabulous last minute blog ideas! 3. SCHEDULE One of my main tips for blogging is to have things in place waaay in advance so you aren't stressed! Some of the best things I have found to help with this is scheduling - if you are unable to be at a computer/phone at the time you want your blog posts to go live there are always way to schedule your posts so that they go live when you choose. Also you can now Scheduled tweets & Facebook posts so that you can promote your post at the best time for you! The best APP I can recommended is "Buffer" this allows you to schedule 10 tweets at a time to enable you to promote your posts all day without having to do anything! 4. DON'T WORRY The one downfall I have noticed from being so obsessed with being organised is that I really put myself down if I don't post on all the days I had planned or If I am running behind on a planned post. You have to learn to let go & realize that the world isn't going to end if your April Favorites goes out 2 days late. People understand your only human and sometimes when the WIFI is against you - there is nothing much you can do (except go to Starbucks of course, but I've done that before and ended up £20 down & high on caffeine). 5. PREPARE If you are needing a good few days off, or are off on holiday where you won't be able to access your emails and you are worried about how you are going to be able to get on top of them upon your return. Firstly ensure you have a press pack in place - you can read my post HERE about how to create a Press pack & why it is important. This means that if any brands have emailed you regarding collaborations/sponsored posts you are able to ping them straight across your Press Pack containing all the information they will need at the click of a button!
One of my other most popular blogging tips post is "How to create a press pack & why you need one" You can check it out here > http://www.asyouwishuk.com/home/why-a-press-pack-is-important-how-to-create-one

I'm a really disorganised blogger! I normally finish writing the post the night before it goes live, and I always end up not writing a post for a few days because I haven't got anything ready! - Great post x

Great post, I really need to be more organised with my blog, I have a bunch of stuff written down that I need to do this week but scheduling tweets keeps going on the back burner because I feel like I'm just writing the same thing over and over again. Also I like Hootsuite for that though because you can schedule a lot more than 10 tweets at once :) &hearts: HWY29

I think as long as you feel you have the time to do 3 posts a week to your best ability then go for it! However don't put to much pressure on yourself! It's better to have fewer posts with better content than lots of posts with little content xxx
