Hey lovelys! If it feels like it was only a few posts ago that I was doing "Things that made me happy in May" that's because it was! Content has been a little slow on here recently, mainly because of my holiday, but for other reasons to! I hope you enjoy this post as much as I love writing them <3 Here are 10 things that made me happy in June.
One: I brought a Home!
Yup! I can't believe I'm even writing that! I have a post coming over the next few days giving you a bit more detail, but hopefully you'll understand why I've been so quiet now!
Two: A dreamy 10 day holiday
On the 11th June we set off for the most perfect 10 day holiday in Portugal - I will do a photo diary post soon so you can see more, but it basically included Drinks, Sunshine, Relaxing, Swimming and lots of happy memories <3
Three: Cucumber & Mint Water
Recently I have been L O V I N G getting a jug of water, adding some ice, cucumber and mint and leaving it in the fridge for an hour. It just makes a nice change from plain water and it tastes super fresh and hydrating.
Four: IKEA
IKEA has been my second home this last month, and A LOT of my home things are from there. You simply can't beat it! Plus the Meatballs, lets just talk about the meat-balls.... I'm going to miss them when my house is all done!
Five: Hendricks G&T
Gin & Tonic was my go-to holiday drink, and I've discovered that for sure Hendrick's is by far my favourite gin! Especially with some cucumber slices. What's your fave?
Six: ASOS
Since I had everything going on with the house move - my holiday shopping had taken a bit of a back seat, and it was only when I tried to pack my suitcase a few days before my get-away that I realised I hadn't really brought a lot! A huge ASOS haul later (Next Day Delivery of course!) and I was sorted and ready to go! Bingo!I <3 ASOS.
Seven: Magnitone Well Heeled Express Pedicure
This little gadget was JUST what I needed before my holiday to get my feet in tip-top condition with out the expense of a professional pedicure. It's easy to use, portable and super effective! Once you have used one, you simply can't look back! Give it a try here.
Eight: At Home With: Podcast (Anna Gardener & Lily Pebbles)
I have been loving listening to the new pod cast from Anna Gardner and Lily Pebbles (Youtubers). Each episode is a different interview with someone in the industry, my favourite so far being with one of my favourite bloggers Kate La Vie! I would highly recommend checking it out!
Nine: Kate Spade Planner
I brought a Kate Spade Planner (Bargain £5.99 in TK MAX) and since my life has never been so organised! I can't wait to get back into the swing of my blog now I'm home and moved in, and use the planner to help with content planning!
Ten: L O V E I S L A N D
I'm so so sorry but how could I not include it!? Whether you love or hate it, you can't deny that it's bloody addictive! Literally the best thing on TV right now.
