July Favourites: Summer Must Haves

Waaahayyy Summer is FINALLY here - well it was, when I first typed this intro it was here anyway, its gone again now (shock) as soon as us Brits get the slightest sight of the big yellow ball in the sky we are the first to whack out the flip-flops, get the BBQ going and make barrels full of Ice Cold Pimm's (at this point its normally only 18°c). I'm glad I can finally introduce you to some summery items in this months favorites, including some beside the sea side biscuits & a delicious summer cocktail mixer.

Biscuiteers

If you haven't get heard of the Biscuiteers, you are certainly in for a treat. I'm sure just looking at the pictures have given you enough mouth-watering pleasure to find out more. Well, each biscuit is hand-iced by the talented icers based in London. You can choose from a huge selection of hand iced biscuits, cakes and chocolates with a theme to suit every occasion. My box shown above is called the Beside The Sea-Side biscuit tin and retails for £39.50.  However if the seaside isn't your thing there are boxes for Teachers, Birthdays, Thank You's, Sports Tins, Baby Showers, Weddings, Get Well Soon, I could go on and on and on. I also must add as hard as it was to eat them (they are just too pretty!) They really do taste amazing to - I thought due to the icing they may be a little sickly, but the icing fairies at the Biscuiteers really do know what they are doing, and each biscuit really tasted DELICIOUS! (yes we have eaten them all, oops). 
They also are beautifully packed meaning my biscuits made it to my door in perfect condition, without any breakages.

The Soho Juice Co

The Soho Juice Co began in 2014 when two friends created simply the most refreshing tasting soft drink I've ever had the pleasure of trying. And when I say soft drink I totally mean cocktail mixer.  You simply cannot dislike this light, refreshing juice blended with cucumber and mint. It will leave you wanting another, no matter what spirit you pair it with!

Using my Soho Juice. Using the handy cocktail guide that came with the juice, I created the "The Ruby Highball" cocktail by blending Bombay Sapphire Gin, Raspberry liquor all service over crushed ice. I then garnished with an Instagramable array of fruits and of course added a pinwheel for added oomph! I can't really say anymore than PLEASE try it. Cocktails around my house will never be the same.

The Body Shop

In the summer heat the last thing you want to be doing is having to apply heavy makeup, because lets face it, even with the best setting spray in the world and a brush full of powder, you still end up looking like a hot mess. I  have been on a mission to get my skin clear, and be able to go foundation free without feeling so self conscious. The Body Shop, clear skin superheroes have really helped me do just that.  Here are my MUST have clear skin products:
1. Tea Tree 3-in-1 WASH SCRUB MASK.  RRP £8.00
This has to be my favourite product of them all, this super quick 3-in-1 product is a no-brainer. It can be used as a wash, where the foaming clay removes any excess oils/dirt. You can use it as a scrub, I love how gentle the scrub feels yet you can still feel it working, reducing the appearance of black heads and unclogging those pores!  Finally you can also use it as a mask, simply leave on for 5-10 minutes until dry, it tightens pores, cleanses and mattifies your skin. Why buy tonnes of products when you can have them all in one?
2. Tea Tree Anti Imperfection Daily Solution RRP £12.00
This little bottle promises so many amazing things, and it has really delivered for me. After just two weeks of using this solution every morning and night my skin feels and looks, smoother, clearer, softer, and most of all the redness in my face has reduced, This has been something I have been suffering with for years, so I am so so pleased with the results. I am excited to continue using it to reap more benefits! 
3. Tea Tree Oil RRP £11.00
This is a product I use when I actually get a break out, rather than for preventing them, If you apply to the problem area before you go to bed at night, you can honestly see a difference the next morning. Its a fast fixing must have!
