I LOVE summer themed goodies, who doesn't! It's nice to have some reason to at least pretend we are all on our holibobs. This month there are 5 full sized products in the box with an extra sample thrown in of the Aussie 3 minute miracle which I love anyway! Thank you Glossy Gods! I also have an exclusive discount code for my readers which enables you to get 50% off your first box! See the post for more deets! Spa To You – Konjac Sponge This new cleansing trend has come to the UK all the way from Japan. The sponge that isn’t as harsh as a exfoliator but also tougher than your average sponge is hitting the UK’s beauty market. Directions for use are simple, soak it in warm water, squeeze, then massage over the face using circular motions. This innovative idea really does leave you skin super soft & clean, I can’t wait to continue using it to see some results! RRP £6.99 Starskin – Eye catcher, A Smoothing Bio-Cellulose Eye Mask I used one of the Starskin face masks in a previous Glossybox & I absolutely loved it. So when I spotted the eye masks in my box I was super happy! They are quite pricey, but they really do work. After trying the face masks & the eye masks I know really love them. With the eye masks you simply place them under your eyes for 15 minutes, they leave your eyes feeling awakened, bright & they definitely reduce puffiness. RRP £8.50 De Bruyere – After Sun Lotion Firstly when unboxing this product, I couldn’t help but notice how pretty the packaging is, such a beautiful pastel colour with a gorgeous design. I hadn’t heard of this brand before, but for me, someone who burns very easily in the sun, a good aftersun is essential for me! As soon as I opened the bottle the scent immediately took me back to my childhood holidays – it smells like holidays in a bottle! It hydrates, nourishes and calms your skin. It is also enriched with Monoi, which I have later found out is gardenia petals soaked in coconut oil. No wonder it smells so good! RRP: £9.48 Ladival Sun Protection Spray – SPF 15 This very scientifical looking suncream, sounds like it has so so many good factors inside. It Is supposed to protect against 4 different types of UV rays, which many sunscreens don’t. It is also great for sensitive skin like mine as it is perfume free, meaning its suitable for eczema prone skin. It’s also good for those suffering with prickly heat/sun allergies. I can’t wait to take this away with me & give it a try. It sounds fantastic, and if it works, I think you can easily justify the price tag, as how can you put a price on getting the best protection for your skin! RRP £19.99 Emite - Lip & Cheek Tint To be honest this is the only product in the box that I haven't been impressed with. I have never really been a big fan or cheek/lip tints anyway and to be honest this one hasn't changed my mind. I find them to drying on the lips, and then if I try and use them on my cheeks I find them very hard to blend. This may just be me, but my personal preference is a noooo, sowwwi!
