Well, it is bank holiday after all....

I feel like all rules fly out of the window on Bank Holiday, "Don't Drink to much" - pass me the cocktail. "Eat healthy" - no thanks! "Save some money by staying in" - not a chance! "Go to the gym whilst you have some extra time" - I don't think I even need to explain that one....

COCKTAILS - because, well just because!

Who doesn't love a cocktail! I bloody do.  I thought I'd share with you my recipe for my all time FAVE, for now I will call it the "As You Wish" Cocktail, because frankly I can't think of anything else. (I have to give  a special shout out to my bestest friend Lucy for this one, because we created it together, and she won't be happy if I don't give her some credit!)

The "As You Wish" Cocktail

YOU NEED:
- PINEAPPLE JUICE
- MIDORI MELON LIQUOR
- MALIBU 
- SUGAR SYRUP
- ICE ICE BABY

To be honest I don't have a clue when it comes to measures - we just tend to whack it all in and hope for the best. But to make it super simple, per glass you would want approx, 1 shot malibu, 1 shot midori, 1/2 shot sugar syrup & topped alllll the way up with the pineapple juice. You can add more/less sugar syrup dependent on how sweet you like them!

Take some inspo from pinterest, like below and see how you can make simple food look pretty damn good! 
Why not also grab some childrens games like the hoopla below and spice it up a bit with some alcoholic forfeits! You like the sound of that already don't you!
